Our house in Bali (border of Kerobokan and Denpasar) will be up for lease from January to August 2010 (8 months). Contract is renewable. House will be semi-furnished. Total lease price for 8 months is USD 2200.

Utilities will cost about USD 30 (only electricity as there is a deep well installed) No AC but it is a very breezy corner lot so fans are ok. The downstairs bedroom has a provision outlet for AC though.

It is situated in a quiet residential area with wonderful neighbors, mostly locals and some expats.
