Looking for Villa Rental

Sydney couple moving to Bali for work. Minimum 6 month contract,however flexible to sign for longer/shorter depending on offer.
Looking to start lease Jan/Feb 2012 however once again flexible.
Preferably Seminyak/Kerobokan/Legian or Canggu, however not restricted to those areas.
Looking to pay between $400 - $600 for a 1/2 bedroom villa or apartment.
